Nothing Says Fall Like Pumpkin

These tasty little pumpkin muffins are great for breakfast with a cup of coffee or any time really. I added chocolate chips to a few of the muffins because I love me some chocolate but, they are great with or without the chocolate chips! This recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins. Original recipe is for Pumpkin Bread at Fine Cooking.

Pumpkin Muffins
3/4 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 Cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey

Heat Oven to 350
Bake for 25 minutes. Check the progress of your muffins at 20 minutes to make sure they don't burn.
